So, what is this blog going to be about? Well. Why are you here? Probably because you googled something like “how to set up google analytics measurement” but that is beside the point. I am working with one of Sweden’s biggest eCommerce sites with analytics, pricing and some other stuff.

I want to spread the word about data-driven decision making, we come from a world in business where almost everything have been based on guesses and gut-feelings, now we have all the data we need to make calculated predictions and decisions. But we still use too little of the data available for us, I still see way too many decisions being taken without backing it up with facts.

And also help someone looking for information. Sometimes you just need to see another perspective and sometimes you don’t know how to do things. Most blogs I have found are either way to detailed about the metrics and what is being measured but not enough focused on the business side or it’s the other way around. I’m trying to create a blog where someone can get a little bit of inspiration.

And thirdly it’s a way for me to write down and process my work.
